James Garner passed away this weekend. Here is the theme from The Rockford Files (entire series available on Netflix), but be sure to check his vast filmography including The Great Escape, Barbarians At The Gate, Murphy’s Romance, and The Thrill Of It All, among many others.
He wrote: “The only reason I’m an actor is that a lady pulled out of a parking space in front of a producer’s office.” Glad she did, Mr. Garner.
Bryan Cranston is publishing his memoir. While not entirely about Breaking Bad, the tentative title comes from a line in the show. Here are the contenders:

Answer: Say My Name.
What title would you have chosen?
How To Make A Hit Pop Song (like Jason Derulo)
Writing songs are a bit more difficult than this, but the video is wickedly funny. Take a listen - his song is pretty damn good.
From last Saturday’s Counting Crows w/ Toad the Wet Sprocket show. Both bands had huge sounds in the Borgata Event Room. Great sound system - definitely worth catching a show there if you are in Atlantic City. Toad was excellent as always. Our first time witnessing the Crows live - Adam Duritz was everything you hoped for and the band absolutely kicked ass with hits, non-hits but should have been, and new stuff from upcoming album. Plus, hanging with Dean Dinning & Todd Nichols from Toad after their show.
